  • Our secure mailboxes receive and store your letters and packages safely until you retrieve them or request forwarding.

  • Mail and packages are delivered to your rented mailbox by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) based on their schedules and policies.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate address information for your rented mailbox to ensure proper delivery.

  • Oversized packages or items exceeding mailbox capacity may require special arrangements, which we will communicate to you.

  1. Shipping and Forwarding Services

  • We offer shipping and forwarding services for mail and packages received at your rented mailbox, based on your instructions.

  • Forwarding options include domestic and international destinations via trusted third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

  • Shipping and forwarding fees are based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier rates, and will be communicated at the time of service request.

  • You must provide accurate forwarding instructions and ensure compliance with carrier and legal requirements (e.g., customs forms for international shipments).

  1. Processing and Timelines

  • Mail and packages are processed for forwarding within 1-2 business days of your request, subject to carrier availability.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier’s schedule and service level (e.g., standard, expedited). We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • You will be notified of any issues, such as incorrect addresses or undeliverable items, and may incur additional fees for returns or re-shipments.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate mailbox and forwarding address information to avoid delays or misdeliveries.

  • Retrieve mail or packages from your mailbox or request forwarding in accordance with your rental plan terms.

  • Pay all applicable shipping and forwarding fees as outlined at the time of service.

  1. Limitations

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers during delivery to our facility or forwarding to your designated address.

  • Certain items (e.g., hazardous materials, restricted goods) may not be eligible for forwarding due to carrier or legal restrictions. We will notify you if such items are received.
