  1. Mailbox Rental Services

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Fees for 6-month or yearly mailbox rental plans are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

  • Early Termination: If you terminate your rental agreement early by providing 30 days’ written notice to mailctst@gmail.com, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.

  • Service Issues: If we fail to provide access to your mailbox due to circumstances within our control (e.g., facility closure), we may issue a prorated refund or credit for the affected period, at our discretion.

  1. Shipping and Forwarding Services

  • Unfulfilled Requests: Refunds may be issued for shipping or forwarding services that we are unable to complete due to our error (e.g., failure to process a forwarding request). Refunds will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

  • Third-Party Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS). No refunds will be issued for issues outside our control.

  • Incorrect Instructions: No refunds will be issued for shipping or forwarding errors due to inaccurate or incomplete instructions provided by you.

  1. Printing Services

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Printing fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (e.g., incorrect printing due to our equipment or staff mistakes).

  • Customer Errors: No refunds will be issued for printing errors resulting from customer-submitted files (e.g., formatting issues, incorrect content).

  • Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with print quality due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion, limited to the amount paid for the printing service.

  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
