Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the secure mailbox rental, shipping, forwarding, and printing services provided by Copy This Send That ("we," "us," or "Copy This Send That"). By renting a mailbox or using our shipping, forwarding, or printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Services Provided

  • Mailbox Rental: We offer secure mailbox rentals on 6-month or yearly plans to receive and store your mail and packages safely.

  • Shipping and Forwarding: We provide shipping and forwarding services for mail and packages received at your mailbox, using third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS), based on your instructions.

  • Printing Services: We offer printing services for documents, including but not limited to letters, forms, and labels, as requested through your account or in-person at our facility.

  • Services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

  1. Account Setup and Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By signing up, you confirm that all provided information (e.g., name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete.

  • Account Use: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring compliance with these Terms. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your mailbox or account.

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate mailbox, forwarding, and printing instructions to avoid delays, errors, or misdeliveries.

  1. Payment and Fees

  • Rental Fees: Mailbox rental fees for 6-month or yearly plans are due at the time of signup and renewal. Pricing details are available upon request or on our website.

  • Shipping/Forwarding Fees: Fees for shipping and forwarding are based on package size, weight, destination, and carrier rates, and will be communicated at the time of service request.

  • Printing Fees: Printing fees are based on document type, size, color options, and quantity, and will be provided at the time of request.

  • Payment Terms: All fees must be paid in full via accepted payment methods. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • Refunds: Rental and printing fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. Refunds for shipping or forwarding services may be issued at our discretion for unfulfilled requests.

  1. Mailbox Usage

  • Permitted Use: Mailboxes are for receiving lawful mail and packages only. Use for illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items (e.g., drugs, weapons) is strictly forbidden and may result in termination of services and legal action.

  • Retrieval: You must retrieve mail or packages in accordance with your rental plan terms. Unretrieved items may incur storage fees or be returned to the sender after 30 days, per our discretion.

  • Oversized Items: Packages exceeding mailbox capacity may require special arrangements or additional fees, which we will communicate to you.

  1. Shipping and Forwarding

  • Process: We process forwarding requests within 1-2 business days, subject to carrier availability. Delivery timelines depend on the carrier’s schedule and service level.

  • Restrictions: Certain items (e.g., hazardous materials, restricted goods) may not be eligible for forwarding due to carrier or legal restrictions. We will notify you if such items are received.

  • Liability: We are not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party carriers during delivery to our facility or forwarding to your designated address.

  1. Printing Services

  • Process: Printing requests can be submitted via your account, email, or in-person. We process printing requests within 1-2 business days, subject to availability and complexity.

  • File Requirements: You must provide print-ready files in supported formats (e.g., PDF, DOCX). We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files.

  • Quality and Limitations: We strive to deliver high-quality prints but are not liable for minor variations in color or formatting due to equipment or file limitations.

  • Prohibited Content: Printing of illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material (without permission) is prohibited and may result in service termination.

  1. Termination

  • By You: You may terminate your mailbox rental or other services by providing 30 days’ written notice to mailctst@gmail.com. No refunds will be issued for partial periods.

  • By Us: We may terminate or suspend your services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity, with or without notice.

  • Post-Termination: Upon termination, we will hold your mail for 30 days, after which unclaimed items may be returned to the sender or disposed of. Uncollected printed materials may be disposed of after 30 days.

  1. Limitation of Liability

  • Copy This Send That is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delay of mail, packages, or printed materials caused by third-party carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to mailboxes, specific delivery outcomes, or exact printing results.

  1. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Copy This Send That, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

  2. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and materials related to Copy This Send That are our property or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission. You retain ownership of files submitted for printing but grant us a limited license to process them for your request.

  3. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lincoln County, Montana.

  4. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
